Some handy tips when booking your Land Rover for a service:

  1. Phone in advance to arrange an appointment (unless it's an emergency).
  2. Give brief details of your vehicle and the nature of work required.
  3. When arriving at the servicing centre, give your name, address and where you can be contacted during the day in case queries arise or additional work is found to be necessary.
  4. Explain full details of the service or repair required if possible.
  5. Enquire whether the service or repair is chargeable and if so confirm the preferred method of payment.
  6. Ask when your vehicle will be ready for you to collect or arrange a time and place for it to be delivered.
